Dear FOIA Officer:
Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act, 5 ILCS 140/, and the Illinois
Governmental Ethics Act, 5 ILCS 420/4A-101 et seq., I request copies of the following
public records:
Item 1. ALL Statements of Economic Interests filed by
DR. LYNN ZEDER, LYNN ZEDER, or LYNN M. ZEDER, associated with her position
as a member or officer of the Board of Education of CONSOLIDATED HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT
230 (D230, RCDTS 15-016-0230-0-17), Cook County, Illinois, for filing years
2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.
Item 2. ALL Statements of Economic Interests filed by the
above-named individual for any other governmental body in Cook County during the same period,
if such filings exist in your records.
Item 3. The date each filing was received, and any record
of late-filing notices or penalties assessed under 5 ILCS 420/4A-107.
These records are public under 5 ILCS 420/4A-106 ("Statements of economic interests shall
be available for examination and copying by any person") and are not exempt under 5 ILCS 140/7.
Please produce records in electronic PDF format, emailed to
auditor@illinoisschooldistrict.org. If any record is withheld, please
identify the specific statutory exemption and the name of the deciding FOIA Officer per
5 ILCS 140/9(b).
